LEAD PASTOR

Jason was born in Oklahoma, grew up in Georgia, and went to High School in North Carolina. He graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in Pastoral Leadership. That is where he met his beautiful wife, Robin. They have four children: Elijah, Kenzie, Addie, and Isaiah. He received his Master of Divinity in Missions and Biblical Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jason is passionate about the gospel, preaching, discipleship, his family, and reading.

ELDER

Brad grew up in nearby Tarboro, attending First Baptist Church, Tarboro. It was there that he first heard of and received the grace of God through Christ. He graduated from the University of North Carolina with a BS in Business Administration. Brad and his wife, Jan have been married since 1972 and have been blessed with three children and "the greatest seven grandchildren in the world". The family moved to Rocky Mount in 1985. Brad retired in 2015 after leading a family business, Super Flame Gas Company, for thirty years. He has been involved in various aspects of church leadership for many years. He also served as the men's teaching leader for Bible Study Fellowship for fourteen years. Brad enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and serving Christ Covenant Church.

ELDER

Gerry is a native of Rocky Mount, having lived here his entire life except for three years in Kansas City. He graduated from East Carolina University with a BS in Business Administration. He worked for Sprint for 20 years and then entered the banking industry in 1999 where he now works for PNC in Bank Operations. He has been married to his wife Susan for more than 35 years, and they have four married sons and sixteen grandchildren. Gerry loves spending time with his family, and his grandkids are the joy of his life. He enjoys many hobbies including golf, running, shooting, yard work,...anything outside! Gerry loves spending time reading and studying God's word and is excited to serve at C3.

ELDER

Jeff was born and raised in Rocky Mount. He has been married to his wonderful wife, Teresa, for more than 40 years. Together they have raised three sons – Ben, Joel and Michael – and have 4 grandchildren. Jeff’s passion is studying and teaching the Word of God. He is currently involved in training house church pastors and leaders in Cuba. He and Teresa consider themselves incredibly blessed to be called to be a part of God’s family and used to represent Him.

ELDER

Mike grew up in Durham (NC) and saw the faith genuinely lived out in the lives of his parents. At a young age, God graciously and mercifully opened his eyes to see and believe on the gospel of Jesus Christ! As a teenager, Mike felt a strong sense of calling to vocational ministry – specifically youth ministry. He graduated from NC State University with a BA in Communication and continued on to graduate from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with his Master of Divinity. Mike has served in full-time Youth and Family Ministry for 25 years, and now serves in a new role with the local non-profit ‘Ripe for Revival’ here in Rocky Mount. Mike married his college sweetheart, Allison, in 1996 and they have 5 children (Alissa, Katie, Meg, John and Jase). Mike enjoys hunting, fishing, the beach and the occasional Wolfpack victory. He loves his family and loves caring for his church family!

MUSIC, C3 Kids, and ADMINISTRATION

John, though born in Rocky Mount, has spent most of his life in Lafayette, Indiana. He received a Bachelor of Music Theory and Composition at The Master’s University in Los Angeles, California. That is where he met his wife, Catie, as they both pursued degrees in music. After marrying in 2015, they served together in worship leadership in Lafayette, IN where John received a Master of Divinity in June 2019 from Faith Bible Seminary. They have two daughters, Milly and Gwyn.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Caroline was born and raised in Rocky Mount, where she has lived her entire life, with the exception of her time in college. She graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S. in Public Health in 2019. She currently works as a local Rocky Mount Realtor with Boone, Hill, Allen & Ricks. Caroline married her high school sweetheart, Stephen, and they have a goldendoodle named Mila. She loves spending time with her family, traveling, and caring for others. Caroline is very excited to serve at Christ Covenant Church!
